Lol, I was just browsing through some time slips that and info that people have posted for their cars at www.dragtimes.com and there is a guy running a very similar setup to what I'm about to do, except he had drag slicks...and he ran a 10.7 @124MPH! Now I know I probably won't do THAT good, but damn...If I run below an 11.5 I'll flip! I can't wait to get this done...ok sorry for the post, just had to spread my impatience... B)

You should be able to get into the 10's if everything is working well. Low 11's shouldn't be a problem.

With the right setup it wouldn't be too hard.

Dude man, that was too much, I've still got tears from laughing so hard! Damn hyundai..hey...they have accents in the WRC championship...gotta give me some credit, lol.

Well, I get consistent .6 or lower RTs and 2.2 and lower 60fts so I feel pretty confident I can pull off the driving part...its just the motor not blowing up part I gotta work on.

Yea, I have been around drag racing for two years now. I used to dis drag racing all the time, trying to explain that driving in a line isnt hard...I used to wanna do club racing...but honestly, drag racing is actually a sport that takes skill, and I give the pros a lot more credit now then I used to. I still think that road racing would be more difficult...but I have tried both, and I just love being thrown in the seat and having complete control of all the power, lol. I also enjoy the One on One competition you get in drag racing, its nice to know you actually built something and did something better then somebody else. I'm not tryin to say I have a big head about it though..I'm not a ricer, there is always somebody faster or better, and i'm just in it for fun & $$$.

BTW, if you get your FD done for MADS, I wanna see some of your trained driving skills Hell, I'll probably need some pointers..its been a long time since I've raced something fast(sidenote back to the accent )
