I have been racing for over a year on Stockers w/o a problem.

I am going to get a set of Slotted though from the store and give them a try. But, honestly, I really have not had a problem to neccessitate changing anything on my car.

Most of the "stock" style upgrades aren't going to make much of a difference anyway. So it's a waste of money. If you want a BIG upgrade then you'll need a good big brake kit, which will cost a lot of money.

Brembo cross drilled and slotted rotors

This sounds like a good deal! $210.00 for all 4 brembo rotors, and $39.00 for shipping. Hell thats cheap as stock rotors! I called and I checked out this guys feedback and it's not too bad. I will prolly order them and will definitely keep you guys posted on this awesome deal. Hopefully it is not too good to be true.

Maybe now I should start a thread on good brake pad deals and try my luck

Thanx all

I bought those for my front brakes. Cost like $99. The stock rotors are just as good, I just thought these looked more bling through my wheels...

Brake pads, I got the Hawk HPS pads from Phins. They work great and are fairly inexpensive for performance brake pads. Don't forget to replace your brake lines and use a good high-temp brake fluid like ATF Super Blue.

I think the main thing is when you need rotors and get new ones

they feel so good you dont know if its the specific rotor or the

fact they are new.

I have learned from years of general automotive expierence that

higher quality rotors last longer and when you pair them with

good quality pads the whole package last longer, dusts less, etc.

Nothing worse then a set of rotors coming apart and leaving rust

deposits on your rims
