a peripheral port is a little less vauge, they are "simpler" depending more on the intake and exhaust setup, and how big your balls are they can make power from 8-9k to 12-13k. making the engine live @10k+ is the trick.... At that point its just a matter of dealing with seal chatter correct? |

You need an experienced engine builder to set you up. It will be hard to get everything you need from a forum.
Bearing clearances become critical, oil pressures and flow need to be adressed, and bigger compramises need to be made. The intake manifold is mainly why the N/A drops off at 6500. Its optimized to make up some low end. The ports are only part of the game. |
