hmm ok, you need to look at the wiring diagram and see what wires have power from that fuse`

definitely fucked something up moving that relay.



and find a junkyard and steal the fuses form under the hood. i have like 50 underhood fuses

double check everything you have touched, you are overlooking

something. This isnt really the type of problem someone can help

you with over the internet.



If you still think the wiring is fine, then do what Mike said and

see what is wired to that fuse, unplug everything that it

powers, then put a new fuse in and plug everything back in one

by one and see if it blows when you do that.

or you can do the toaster test...jump the fuse with a big wire and see what melts :P

is it better to do that in the day or when its dark out?

Ok, so i poured some gasoline in a spray bottle and misted my entire engine bay in gas and jumped the wire. I tried turning on the car and before i could get out to see what had melted or whatever i had an engine fire. Also the fire extinguisher i had in the car was dead so the fire ravaged almost all my wiring before i could put it out. Basically it comes down to this now, i need a new wiring harness. How much do these usually cost?
