Alright I got my TII swap going in my S4 GTU and it seems to run alright except for the fact that ALL of my idiot lights satay on. rear hatch, over heat exh. ect. What could be causing this??? its really annoying. I thought it might be an ECU problem but I put a different on in there and it did the same thing. The other problem is that as soon as you turn the key on the Temp gauge goes straight to hot all the way up. My N/A motor didnt have a sensor on the upper radiator hose neck and the TII does. Dosent seem to matter if its plugged in or not tho. Any Suggestions????

You could just go manual on the temp gauge. As far as the warning lights I gots no clue.

the thing in the thermostat neck is a fan switch, the guage sender is kinda under the oil filter, like the na.

for the idiot lights, thers prolly something unplugged. the cpu controlls em, its in the drivers side kick panel, little black boxy thing

Sounds like something wrong with the charging circuit. There's a diode that controls the idiot lights--when the alternator output drops below the battery output, the lights come on. If they go out when you rev it, your alternator is bad, but dying. If they're on always, maybe you forgot to connect a wire (does the voltage increase when it's running?) or your alternator is dead, or the belt broke, or ...
