ok, on my way to work, at a light, had it in 1st with petal all the way down. light turns green i get ready to leave and it stalls, pedal wouldn't come back up but clutch engaged, had to get my foot under the petal to pull it back up. worked fine for a while. then on my way on to I-75 it did it again, but I gave it enough gas to get it started.

What could it be? clutch gone? Master/Slave cylinder?

thanks in advance

John

I remember paying something like $175 to have a shop tow my

1985 RX-7 GS, supply and install the slave and master as well as the hose, so I figured $200 would be a safe amount.

well, $100-$200 isn't that bad. -bank overdraft, here I come- lol. is it hard to change out by myself? usually just have 3-4 hrs to work on my car. or would it be better to take it to a shop?
