When it's cold out my t2 idles about 1500 but as soon as it hits about 45-50 down to 750-800 no prob. i have a 160 them in it.. could it not be getting warn enough to drop the rpms because of the fan running all the time?

dont worry about it. rx7s got AWS (accelerated warm up system, or something like that. It warms up your cat right away for emissions i think.
