i have a dash prob

ok i just did an interior swap i had red interior and now its black but when i put the dash back in and started the car to see if every thing worked and it all looked good but then when i turned the key the car didnt shut off.. like for example i can take out the key all the way and the car well still be runing i guess i missed a connection or somthing does any one know wut it could be

This may sound stupid, but are you sure you pushed the key in and turned it all the way back? I can take my key out while the car is running; in fact it falls out on hard cornering.

haha, I wasn't even trying to be funny! It's annoying, they'll end up under the seat (even the passenger seat) or slide under the pedals. Sucks when you get home and can't find your keys to shut the car off.



But back on topic, I have no idea.

that must be odd most people lose their keys and cant turn the car on, baldy loses them and cant turn the car off. lol. still, i reread the post hours later and i cant stop laughing a bit .

Mine does the same thing, I start mine then put the keys in my pocket.
