well if they do total the car suposevly i cant buy it back so ill just remover all the good stuff and replace it with the factory stuff. also dose any one know about floridas insurance stuff, i was told that if they total it i can buy it back for 20% of the blue book but i ve also been told that i have to out bid the salvege yards offer, my insurance company told me that once they total it theirs no way of buying it back, but they're not the ones covering it, the girl who caused the accident's insurance is. do insurance companys have different policies on this or am i going to have to rip parts off my car.

 

another thing who is the check maid out to for the repairs, me or the shop, if they dont total it?

 

i live in florida too and i recently had a close call with damn florida drivers too they just pull out and stop in front of you or in your case hiting you in the back when you cant do nothing i had to avoid somebody by going into the grass, across a parking lot then finally slid to a stop luckly no trees or stuff like that was in my way damn florida drivers i am goin on strike!

 

try driving in northern jersey its the worst in the country

 

Northern Jersey aint that bad, at least the ******** on the road are obvious, and its predictable what the ******** out there are gonna do. You just have to stay on top of things.
