Hey Guys,

Just like to thank you for all the help you have

given me about the car, I think I have found a ripper,

it only has 80,000kms on it (australia=metric) and it

is an 86 model, my dad is picking it up this weekend.

Can I run premium unleaded through this? (98 octane0

or whats the highest??

Thanks again guys

lower octane is better for n/as. I seriously don;t know why ppl relate higher ocatne ratings to better gas/ octane is the gas resistance to combustion, which is better for turbo cars to prevent detonation and pinging. it will also help n/a s if u have serious pinging problems, but other wise the lower the octance the better for n/a s. i have been wasting $$ on 93 octane on my na for the last year, and guess what it was hindering my perfomance, since it is resitance to combustion, which u don't want. And i don't understand why places sell octane boosters, they clainm they help acceleration and other BULLSHIT, wtf they hurt your **** and heat up yur fuek cells...
