ok here is the deal i want to find a way just to get rid of my fuel cut. i am not looking to run crazy boost for now i just want to run the car and now worry about the fuel cut off, now i am hearing so many different things to do. one is get the rtec 1.7. that requires changing the injectors to 720cc. i have the 720cc injectors but i am really way to scared to mess with the motor like that. i just got the car three weeks ago and i don't want to mess anything up! and there is no one around here that has an rx7 to help me or to show me how to do it! second option get the rtec 1.5 and not have to change my injectors! i am leaning towards that! and then the last option i was told this is my best option and that is getting a fcd and a safc and that is the best way to go! but i like the rtec 1.5 because of the whole retard of the timing and the fact that it gives me the fcd. what would you guys do? the mods that i have done to my fc is a turbo back exhaust and a k&n filter hks bov and that is it so far! what should i do?

Get the Rtek, it's more then a FCD, adds fuel at lower rpms, and eliminates lots of ****.

If you go with the Rtek, you HAVE to run 720cc secondaries. The computer is flashed to run those and if you try to run the stock 550's it will not make things any better.

Yo go ahead and get the rtec 1.7 and the injectors and the orings and grommets. Ill come up one of these weekends and help you put the injectors in. Its really not that hard to do, i also have the factory service manual if anything comes up, and the chiltons book, and experience with taking intake's off.
