HP for a N/A
#11
If this motor dies I would definately do a Turbo. But would like to see what I can get out of this one before I start thinking about boosted power. I know with my Supra I made some big power with just a few changes. I'd love to do a Turbo, but would like to get my car painted and the paint dry before I have to swap motors again.
The 225HP N/A Motor was not ported, He used Turbo housings, IDF Manifold with a weber throttle body with 4 550cc injectors on it. He is also running a Haltech and gave me the map he is running which was Dyno'd at 225 HP @ the rear wheels and 200 ft lbs of torque. He is running in Multiport mode (all 4 injectors at once) and running alot of ignition timing.
With the 6 port housings I would expect additional power due to the increased intake port timing.
If I can get at least 200 solid HP plus a conservative 75 being on the bottle I should be in the 12's (2350lbs vehicle weight). That is my goal...
