I'm trying to utilize the stock coolant feed/return passages with an aftermarket turbo, does anyone have any suggestions on how to do so?

Your aftermarket turbo has a coolant jacket? What type of turbo?

Im not sure i understand the question specifically. You want to know how to plumb the coolant to the turbo, like what fittings lines/hoses ect?

Its a Garret Gt35r, I am wondering what size flange or fitting would fit the block so that I can use the stock passages.
