I'm looking at buying some used coilovers. They are Cuscos. They have like 7,500 miles on them. The price is good but I don't want to have get them rebuilt soon. In that case I might as well buy new coilovers.

it all depends on their use, for average driving, that mileage is pretty low, for a track use car they may need to be looked over, for 7500 miles of drifting...they may be pretty much shot. Cusco, TEIN, and GAB usually are not too bad when sold used, HKS and JIC are usually blown when sold used. But you have to weigh the price vs the rebuild cost. If you can get a set of TEIN used for $350 you saved 4x that of the new cost, so even with a rebuild (usually $150 or so per coilover) you still would be less than a new set...

My HKS Drag Coilovers were used 5000 kms when I purchased them, the old owner sold them because they were not good for daily driving which I can understand, hence the reason I picked up a $2600 Drag suspension for only $700

yah it depends, hitting curbs and driving over big bumps is really hard on shocks
