How To Line-up Main Pulley

I'm trying to figure out how to line-up this main pulley.

There are the 2 notches on the pulley, but I'm not sure where those notches should fall on the hub.

what year engine. On the 86 and up one of the holes is offset so there is no way of misalignment if you use all 4 screws.
