How Good Are The Apexi T-max Shocks?

I'm sure everyone who frequents the rx7club.com 2nd gen forum, have seen teh sticky by rx-7store.net
APEXI T-MAX shocks for 89 to 92 FCs for 450 bucks.
price is good...
your thoughts and opinion on these? i was looking to get a used set of racing beat compelete suspension package for the FC (AGX KYB, RB springs, front and rear sway bars) but the deal fell through.
i was also looking for a nice coil over like JIC FLT A2s, should i just save my money for the JICs?
