Ok, i cannot decide, I just sold my FC and am now a proud owner of a R1 FD. Now, I cant stand JDM bling crap, I just sold my OEM wing to some dude for 100$ cash. But, i have ever owned a car this nice before?!?!! so my outlook of things are turned upside down, ok so...should i Primer black the car or not? I remember seeing SCC do a very nice primer job on there project STI and it looked evil. Also, i rather put money into something else, Like a FMIC or something. Oh and by the way, the car is now red and it looks like total ****. about 4 different shades of ****.

 

I have yet to see it done to a fd3 so I say go for it.

That's nasty... Don't do that. There is like 5 Honda's around were I live, that did the color primer to there cars.... Blaaaahhhhh Looks like ****!!! One was flat purple, and dirt slow. The other is still flat green, and also dirt slow. There is another that is flat pink!

I'd say take your time, pay for good work/parts one thing at a time. If the paint bothers you, do that first. It would look ghetto to open your hood and see a red engine bay.
