how do i get the buzzin to stop?

as soon as i start my car the add coolant light comes on and the buzzer starts. ive filled the coolant to the brim, and baught a new coolant temp sensor that goes on the top of my radiator but i dont know how or where to wire it into. someone plz send a pic or diagram of how the coolant wires run.
