this post is for my friends car, at idle it sort of hickups and shoots a flame when this happens. also if he revs it up to like 8 grand it shoots a flame then blue smoke i told him hes prolly gonna need apex seals soon. please correct me if im wrong.

 

is this a turbo car or nonturbo... and is this when first started up or at operating tempurature or both??

 

non-turbo S5 and pretty muck both but sometimes it doesn't do it at all...... it really confuses me we say that rotarys are kinda like women they alwayz need something different every day.....lol
