ok well first i got a mazda rx7 88 model 4lug bucket almost 1 ago saved it from being crushed as a junk car for my first car to work on myself also project car.

well i've been putting it off for months my sunroof always trys to go back/forward when you push the buttons so i took it completely out motor seems to be working the plastic looking arm that connects to the track "rail" on driver side is broke wont move at all but on the other hand the passenger side trys to slide abit.

anyway i can take off the metal roof piece in order to fully clean out the rails and try to replace the arm looking plastic piece?
