help removing bumper
You gotta find all the little bolts around it. There are a few on the top. Then you need to either remove enough bolts of the inner fender, or take it off completly because there are a few bolts under there. You need to take out the brake ducts also I think. I cant remember because last time I took my bumper off was to put a FMIC on, so I didnt need the ducts. There are a few in the middle that are bolted to the support.
Make sure you remember to disconnect the turn signals before you try taking the bumper off.
When its all loose, pull it straight out and off. Sometimes, the bolts that are connected to the fenders will be rusted a little or the threads will get caught on the fenders, you can just wiggle the bumper a round a little bit and it should come right off.

bolts along the top
bolts you can reach through the fender well liner, 3 of them actually, some of those might break, turn the wheel and ram your hand in there or use a long extension
bolts/clips along the bottom
remove the turn signals or you can just unplug them when you pull the bumper off
