yea i'm sure they do work a little i do like the look... maybe you should paint the actualy duct itself black on both sides and the scoop duct the same. that might be origonal... holy cow that is such a cool cold air intake.... can you do a write up on it i would totaly consider trying to do somthing like that

Once I get my engine and AFM situated, I will build a sealed fiberglass box over the corner of the engine bay, where the duct leads to.

that seriously is sweet... thats the first i've ever seen anything like that.... i've always seen people try to bring the filter to the air but never the bring the air to the filter

I just think like a v8 owner I guess . . . I have seen these types of ducts on a few muscle cars.

MazdaEnthused 09-01-2003 12:29 AM

do a write up

88IntegraLS 09-01-2003 12:39 AM

I already did one on the evil forum. You gotta join the club to see how I made the bumper shape! And the paint job . . and the street port . . and battery relocation . . and the ECU relocation . .

I get a lot more respect there for some reason. Not as much piston hate there, or maybe it is the more potent moderator presence. People see 'integra' here and shoot flames like a straight through exhaust on a 15 second FC.

but i dont like rx7 club.... this one is better.... copy and paste (PLEASE)

MazdaEnthused 09-01-2003 12:43 AM

(wouldn't edited but it didn't let me) i am registered over there under the same name but its not cool enough over there

get the filter to sit right on top of that and your all set with "ram air"
