ive never seen that on an fc.

RX-7.com has a photo of the round lights that don't pop-up on an fc. Now the FC pictured has a body kit on it that makes it look like a porsche but you can see the lights. It is in the 2nd gen catalog section under lighting.

YEAH I ALSO have a COrksport headlight duct which i sanded down and have it real nice and smooth but i was getting ready to install it and the screws holding down the headlight cover are stripped so i have to extract it. There real nice though. Mines cost me like $96 shipping and evthing

88IntegraLS - I dont like the fact that the brake ducts are now rendered useless. I like to do a lot fo open track days and kind of need my front brakes to keep cool. The main reason I ditched the Greddy FMIC its piping blocked off the brake ducts.

I have a Mariah Cold ari box with added insulation and I am in the process of getting the headlight cover painted. I am not too worried about night time conditions as all of my open track days are well in the daytime.

Still a cool idea though 88IntegraLS.

This is an awesome idea if your just into 1/4 mile though.

yeah, I prefer functional brake ducts too.

True, I chose a compromise and ditched the brake ducts which directed airflow toward the splash guards covering the rotors. I am a sports car enthusiast, autocross rookie and too poor for real track driving.

well, you could have saved the brake ducts but making a whole nother hole in your bumper. that is my plan to do when i get my t2. i will go to a wrecking yard and just find out the best route from filter to bumper, with minimal cutting. that is my goal.

or... you could have cut an extra hole into your brake ducts, say in the middle, and use some of the air ment to go to the brake ducts.

i have more theories because i have been thinking about somethign like this for awhile, but didnt want to waste my time on my n/a 86.

i doubt that you will get any sort of ram air effect with that setup. Its set back in a low-pressure area. Ram-air only works at extreme high speeds. It will be a good cold air setup though.

What makes you think thats a low pressure area?

Ahem. Why did Mazda put the radiator inlet in that area if it was low pressure?

No offense, but you have jumped in my **** before and seem to have a habit of doing it to a few people . . What is the reason for this? Have I ever insulted you?

Let me know if you're going to make anymore of those bumpers... I want one.
