hi there i was woundering if using a mechanical oil pressure guage wound work and where would i place it? would it affect any other sistems if i was to disconnect the oil pressure gauge connector? from the look of it from the factory manual it does not seem to affect anything major but i could be wrong please correct me if i am.

the gauge is a auto meter 2 and 1/16'' mechanical pressure gauge
