Nah..he's not an ***...I remember him from the old forum(or evil forum..whatever its called now)..but yes Ted, I do know a few things about heat exchange, but the way GReddy words their product descriptions is very confusing even to a vendor...



However, u are correct in the fact that the rspec does have the dif internal design...



what intercooler are you using ted?

Yes, they had to word it nice to promote sales.

Can you imagine if they tell you that the V-spec was an inferior design versus the R-spec? That wouldn't generate too much sales, right?



It's the same thing with turbo timers. They are not necessary, but they make it sound like you NEED to have it. It's called "advertising".





what intercooler are you using ted?
Stock.

If you're wondering what FMIC I would run, if I had the money I'd use the big bucks A'PEXi cores designed for street use, but since I'm not Donald Trump I'll probably end up using the XS Engineering "Skyline" tube/fin core or equivalent.
