If you have full coverage your insurance company will fix the car and then go after the bitch. One way or the other she is going to have to pay.

What's funny is that the state will make money off of her from fines for getting into an accident with no insurance, but they could probably care less if you get anything.

As long as the government gets money they're happy. They don't care if you get screwed. I know someone who once had a car stolen with her pocketbook in the car. When the people tried to use her checks and credit cards to have things sent to THEIR residence the police didn't seem to care at all.

That sucks dude.

I was rear ended in my first rex, just as I was starting to get used to it.

I cant believe she hit you at 25-30 mph and thats all that happened*. I hope you can get her to pay, and that the mystery-problem gremlins dont attack en masse. I'll keep ya in my prayers.

*My car has a gaping hole in the right rear corner, I can stick my arm in up to my elbow. Right under the hatch glass, behind the gas tank. If thats 25-30, in a GMC truck, I must've been hit at 35+. BTW I got tagged by a late model Dodge Ram. He was moving, I wasnt. I'll have to post some pics soon, I've got the camera and software, I'm just real lazy.

Didnt mean to turn the post into a whiny poor-me thing, sorry. just ignore it.

later dude, and good luck with the repairs!

Insurance is such a F*&king RIP. They charge up the *** and then are able to walk away from crap like this that happens. I put full coverage on my cars, it wasn't that much more than just libility.... But still a rip off none the less.

Here in Oregon if someone doesn't have insurance, and get caught they lose their license for a year. You might check on that. So the bitch wouldn't have to pay for your car, unless you take her to court. But at least she could lose her license for a year.

Better yet, take her to court and have them make her sell the PIECE of Crap GMC and fix your RX7.
