its far from getto rigging, the rx8 rear stationary gear needs to have the oil hole moved back about an 1/8 of an inch wich by taking a dremal tool and a round bur bit can be easly done and just use a very thin layer of grey sealent like the mazda stuff on the mounting face of the flange. the rx8 gears are far better then the second gen **** and even better then the third gen gears due to the bearing clearance and the hardness also they are multi window bearings. and to top it off they are half the cost of the third gen gears and the mazda motorsports or racing beat gears. just remember you will need to use the large thrust bearings and shims in the front gear,
