I pulled the lever and experienced that lil bit of resistance right before it clicked. Went around to my car and the door wasnt open. I tried pulling it open with a small piece of plastic and that didnt work either. I tried pushign it open and it still is locked. Tried opening it while someone pulled the lever too still no luck. Any help wuold be great as not being able to put gas into the car is kind of a big deal. Also when you pull the lever you still hear a click near the back where the gas thign is.

Pull off the carpet on the inside of the car near the door and push the little release lever with your hand.

I never fixed it on my convertible, but only because I had no interior trim in the trunk and I had to open the trunk every time to get my 2 cycle oil.

You probably just need to adjust things. Your cable may be going bad, who knows.
