I wanted to take out my fuel injectors and have them rebuilt to maybe stop my smoking problem. It looks like I need to remove the entire manifold to do this. Is there an easier way? Also I have the fuel dampner that has the potential for leaking. Should I change that at the same time. Is there another year that would work that doesnt have this problem. Thanks Dan

Oops! I cannot edit I mean to say to you that no, you have to remove you manifold inorder to pull the injectors. Make sure you order new o-rings for the injectors while they are out being rebuilt as well.

You also might want to purchase some vacuum and fuel hose, those are easy to replace with the manifolds off, and the old vacuum hoses tend to become brittle and break/crack.
