I read the Mazdatrix FAQ concerning the front O-ring on 86-88 motors. I was wondering when using the silicone should I dowel the small oil passageway just above the O-ring? The Mazdatrix FAQ just says to use silicone, I just wanted to make sure there was nothing I am missing.

I was just wondering because in the video, the guy puts a small dowel to keep the silicone out of it. But on Mazdatrix they just say to not over do it around the hole. I did a search on the "other" forum and found that no one else doweled it, they were just careful not to use too much around the hole. Its all good :bigok:
