Woot, I don't have to take emissions tests anymore. They have stopped testing vehicles that are OBDI or lower. Finally a reason to run a straight pipe!

 

Where are you at and why did they stop? Are you in the salt belt like us where most of the cars that old are rust heaps in the scrap pile?

 

Chicago, and the reason I am getting for why they are stopping is that there are so few cars on the roads that are from 96 or older so they are just basically writing them off. At least thats what I've heard so far.
