Flywheel/Clucth Mix And Match

I have a S4 N/A Motor but I have a brand new Centerforce Dual friction Clutch that is for a S5 tII Flywheel can I use an S4 rear counter weight with an aluminum flywheel for a S5 with a S5 TII Tranny?
