Ted, Spearco cores aren't cheap or ebay crap.
Maybe I didn't state that clearly enough...

I did not claim Spearco was crap, but it wasn't explicitly stated either.

The comment was made to the above posted pic of the intercooler that was purchased. This is not a Spearco core.

Ted, I am glad you went to your english classes. I won't give you the satisfaction of getting into it with you. Other members have already said the nasty things to you I would like to say to you right now. Your arrogance always gets you in deep ****, so I will allow you to choke on the verbal diaherrea that flows from your mouth as always.

I know you will choke and die someday. So there is hope yet.
And what contrubution does this reply make?

Oh, absolutely nothing...

Good stuff man

By the way, What's the deal with all the parts slammin going on in here?

The next time someone has an opinion of which parts should be on a car, instead of slammin it, just buy it and ship it to 'em, until then, worry about the parts on your own car, ****** critics.
I guess ignorance is bliss.

You're right.

People think porting the TB makes more power.

People think CDI boxes don't do anything on a rotary.

Can't make all of the people...

Last time I looked, this was a public forum. If you can't take the (constructive) criticism, you're welcome to start your own fan club and get your ego stroking elsewhere. There is something satisfactory about doing a job right. In most instances, "you get what you pay for" is a mantra. It's funny, because it's very clear that there are certain individuals that are in here just for the ego stroking; you just want positive feedback and don't want ANY criticsm, even if you're wrong. There's pluses and minuses about an environment like that.

Last time I checked, a large-sized core (20" wide) with a properly designed internal fin structure costs around $500 just for the core. I buy and use these XS Engineering tube-and-fin cores for most of my customers who want a custom intercooler up front who don't want to pay for the GReddy or cut up their cars as required. I find any intercooler that is cheaper than that highly suspect, and there's a reason for the cheaper price. Simplier internal fin designs have become rampant, cause people are willing to buy the cheap stuff. Hell, even GReddy did it with their V-Spec versus R-Spec intercooler cores.

You can mock me and hate me all you like. This doesn't change the "truth".
