I bought the car with the Flowmasters on it. I did not put them on myself. And yes, HOOKED ON FONIKS WORKD FOR ME!
Chill man,

This is half of my exhaust, I have to have a new bumper before I can finish it.

Its really loud, but I am going to add another muffler once I get a new bumper, hopefully it will cut the noise in half.

I have a GP Sports: http://us.share.geocities.com/crazymestizo...eoofexhaust.MPG

It's a full dual 3" exhaust (80mm to be exact). It DOES NOT narrow down at the y-pipe like all the other duals do. Its an actual 3". Only other dual 3" exhaust I could find was the RE-Amemiya, and they were like 3 times as much as the GP Sports. This is with NO cat or presilencer, and on a streetported tii s4 engine.

i saw this full exhaust kit on ebay made my Tsudo something... it came from japan... im not going to get it but i liked the way it was set up... a single resonator between the manifold and y-pipe... then 2 more resonators (one on each side of the y-pipe) then into the 2 mufflers... its the same setup im doing with either 2 1/4 or 2 1/2 inch piping with the 3 small resonators (or just one big one between manifold and y) then into 2 magnaflow polished street series mufflers... i wan a resonator to give that deep tone... i got 2 buddies with civic si's one has a resonator and one doesnt, both with same muffler... one with resonator just soudns beefy and mean... one without... reminds me of weedeating around the house....

An old friend of mine had an 87TII with some flowmaster and it sounded horrible. WAAYYYY too loud, even when it was new and it just got louder and louder. He had the RB 2.5" DP and straight pipe to the muffler in the stock location. If you want quiet perofrmance spend the loot and get something good. I don't mean a bolt-in system either, a good exhaust shop and weld a good system with thick pipes and mandrel piping, then just choose your muffler.

Borla is crap, every "system" we have installed has started cracking within six months and we have to go back in and weld it up.
