dose the II stand for 2? and is just a turbo on a NA?

i have a FD fuel pump in it already and i have the seris 5 turbo with wastegate, front cover, t2 injectors, downpipe and exhaust flange, and a brand new hks boost controller

You should get some type of fuel computer. Either an Apex SAFC and TII injectors or an additional injector controller would do the job. You may want to back off the timing a little bit as well.
