Making a turbo kit to put on your NA motor? Sounds like a plan....

The toughest part would be to find a good spot to get the oil for the turbo. It seems like there would be alot of extra plumbing involved. I'm making a "turbo NA" motor, but I'm modifying the motor while it's apart to make the oil plumbing similar to a TII's. Hopefully my "13BAce Special" port works well with the TO4B. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/blush.png

Why not tap right into the Oil Pressure Sending unit? Or better yet right under the Oil Filter. They have units to tap off of for Remote Oil Coolers.

Rotaries were TurboCharged long before the factory began doing it.

Problem is going to be fuel management and knock. IE: Detonation from going lean, or running too much boost and having a meltdown. Inexpensive methods such as CarTech's fuel pressure increase device under boost may help.

Yeah, I know. I just don't like running such long lines; but if it works then what difference does it make? https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png

A standalone ECU could do a good job. There are people running turbo motors with high compression rotors. One popular method is to use TII injectors and a S-AFC.

is the TII thing a T2 or a tii?
