[/QUOTE]I use a silicone based tire dressing that I get by the gallon its

about $30 a gallon and worth every penny

What brand of cleaner is it? Did you use it on the metals as well?

Auto Magic Magic Dressing, its not a cleaner, its a silicone based tire

dressing, and while you are there, pick up some green engine wash, ****

is FANTASTIC on everything from engines to interiors, bio-degradable and

in 10 years of using it I have yet to see it dis-color anything. Smells really good

as well!

Auto magic had some red ****, I hated it, smelled like cinnamon or something.

The green blows it away. I use it, depending on dilution, for everything from

carpets, rims, engines, boats, and even washing really dirty cars in it,

like Jims white 91 coupe, lol.
