I thought a picture would be better than trying to decribe the piece. The item highlighted is what Im trying to figure out. What is the funtion of this piece? I seem to only see them on TII's and on some TII's they dont have em'. Can I remove this item, it does clog up the engine bay. Thanks for the help.

 

um isnt that an abs unit im pretty sure its worth leaving it in u can remove it but whats it gonna help? might as well be a little safer stoppin... that it of course only if im right

 

it's your abs unit. they tend to leak and not work becuase they absorb a lot of the heat from the turbo being that it is located right on top of it. you can remove it but you must replace some brake lines with different ones to make it work.

 

If it is, Im gonna junk it, my abs doesnt work anyways

you can replace your master cylinder, run new lines, and take it out.

 

Doesn't MAzdatrix or something make a kit or something. If I recall correctly it was like $50.
