He mentioned above that his injectors are not the problem. I wouldn't use that part either, that's just as good as putting a bandaide on a broken leg. You aren't fixing the problem at all, you are diverting it, the problem still exists.

just a sugestion check the timing on the electronic ignition. if u pull the ignition u will see a dot and a line to align this dot on the bottom gear of the ignition. they shoud align i belive when ur timing is on tdc. also u could check the catalitic converter if u have one and is cloged then this will happen. just shooting in the dark. if it helps let me know bcause i have other in line to keep shooting .

With the key on, one side of the injector plug should be 12v.
So either the injector fuse is bad or you have a harness problem?
<edit> This dosen't match up with flooding, but you could have both.
