When caping off all the extra lines, do you cap all of those lines running around the TB?

Haven't removed anything yet, but am planning on removing the rats nest and heard to run the 3 lines and cap the rest but do I cap the ones on the TB?

If your doing the tb mod and thermowax coolant bypass, etc, you should end up with three lines, cap everything including TB.. but I dont think I had any lines on the TB that I remember. Your auto TB may be different. I've done a couple diff S4 NA TB's and they didn't look the same, maybe cruise control or something.
