electric fan conversion on a 88 n/a

would it be worth it, if it can be done on the main pulley, to switch to a small serpentine belt?



i have dual sheave now. and only the alt, i removed the a/c and p/s and air pump. and used these wonderful instructions for the efan stuff

Upgrade to a Ford 3G alternator... Less cost for higher output and more reliable, and much better than a rewound FC or FD alternator IMO.



Do a little searching/Googling for the details... If you can wire up an e-fan properly, you should have no problem swapping an alternator...









(Funny that I have a big aluminum KOYO radiator as well, and couldn't be more pleased with the stock fan/shroud setup... I rarely sit in traffic, so an e-fan would be overkill IMO)
