well i got to go run my car on a dyno today and get my air-fuel set//

woot

ill post the pics of the dyno sheet as soon as i can make it to kinko's to scan em in,

but i just wanted to let you guys know hwo i did.

max power 145.9 - 3rd gear

max torque 129.0 - 4th gear

i was hoping to see 5 or 6 more hp but im pretty happy with the results, now to have my injectors cleaned, put in a cold air box and try again

on the upside im not running near as rich as i was before.

also i got to watch a group of datsun and nissan Z's run before i went, so that was kinda fun. Plus, because i had to wait so long because he double booked by mistake, he cut me a deal on the cost, so all in all im a pretty happy camper

as i said, ill get the pics of the dyno sheets when i can make it to a kinko's

my bad, i posted this in the wrong part of the forum, please move me if ya could someone

best gear to make a pull in on the dyno

//

after some careful thought, loud shouting, and several obcenities, i came to the conclusion that guy i bought my car from lied to me about what all had been done to the car as far as modifications, either knowingly or unknowingly. Either he has strait out lied to me or there is something wrong with it.

correct me if i am wrong, but assuming that my car has full exhaust, intake cone, safc, 17lbs flywheel, and a big street port, i would think that those numbers would be a little higher at least, nothing insane, just higher than that. if i am wrong here then please correct me. i would love to be wrong, it would make me feel better if i am wrong, especially because there are other things that he said were already done that, if i am right, i now have to question whether or not are actually there

Those numbers sound about right maybe enve alittle high for what you have described.

My 87 na pulled 101 when I first got it, it and when the new motor does go in we are looking at 130's.
