Do it with the mounts bolted to the engine.

I removed mine with the mounts in the car, I will probably install that way too... 13Bace, whats the reason for doing it with mounts on the motor?

i like to leave the drivers side mounts loose, that way you can move 'em around until it goes in the hole

the drivers sound mount is a pain in the *** to get it. The passenger side goes in no problem.but man the drivers side is hell!

i tried several different ways, putting motor in with driver side moutn off, loose, etc. You just have to give it hell and keep at it and it'll eventually be a good motor mount and go in!! hehe

have fun lining the trans up with motor too (unless you pulled them together) that was great to!

install the engine with the mounts on and also jack the trans up a little so you can mate the with the trans easily!
