super electric shock equals your ground terminal touching the body of your car or just a battery wiring problem. buy new terminals theyre like $.99 or $1.99

Yeah, you'd think that would fix it. Ah hell naw. New terminals, new wires. And still BiZZap....but oh well fixed everything else..
