My guage goes to 6bar and it pegs it. Both when I jump that yellow plug by the AFM and at idle. Then when I turn the key off pressure drops to almost zero. I'm running a Walbro rewired to see full voltage all the time. I'm not sure if it's my guage or part of the fuel system that's wrong. It's a GReddy guage.

Did you just upgrade to a after market FPR, where did you put the sensor?

All I did was replace my secondary rail. No leaks anywhere. Guage is tee'd into the line right after the filter. I checked the sensor and it's working properly. I'm afraid to drive it at 90+ psi.

Kinks on the line???

You should put the T more at the rail at least between the primary and secondary for more accurate reading but it shouldn't be so high there either way.

The u swap the lines by accident?? Do you know what i mean?? Is the only explanation.

The only time u see pressure that high is right after the pump.

Well, I drove the car down to Buttonwillow for a track day. By the time I got there it lowered down to 5bar. Throughout the day it got lower. Under boost it'd be as low as 2bar so I had to stop boosting too much. Now when I start it it sits at around 4-4.5bar. When I rev it the pressure goes down. Is the pump bad or overheating? It's pretty loud. I thought about swapping in my stock pump but I've put so much work into the car the past few days, I'm sick of my car.

hmm the pressures are ok, but it should be 5 bar under boost and 2 bar in vacuum, i suspect the vacuum source for that one
