Yours is vented to the atmosphere, unless you have a tube that routes back to the intake stream. If you bounce off the rev limiter for a couple of seconds you might be able to make some psi, which would open the bov..

Well my turbo had a milled turbine housings and a bigger turbine put in; I couldn't make boost while revving. My friend TII777 can't make boost on his almost stock s5 turbo2.
