Mine doesnt leak anymore!

So are the leaks hard to fix?

Rob x-7 03-23-2003 03:48 PM

I actually never bothered, I dont drive the car in the rain or in the winter no more. Im sure they can be slowed or stopped with enough work.

Again, those that stayed in warmer climates leak less.

on your thigh or foot?

If its on your thigh, roll the window down a bit, then roll it up and push out on the window a little as you do this, it usually seats the window better against the molding. You can do that when you get out of the car as well, you just have to lean in on the passenger side and do it.

If its your foot its the windshild leaking, I found this out after I had a new windshield put in and low and behold it now leaks right on to my ******* left foot, I have to bring it in and let them put a new one in one of these days.

haha you know they use that as torture in china right??

In my case the leak wasnt hard to fix just requirded removing the door panel and fixing somethings and a new outer window seal. Pretty much once you trace the leak back to its origin and replace/fix the proper seals your good to go. If you do have a leak youll notice discoloration in the carpeting behind the seats as thats where most the water runs.

Are there any companies that make rollbars for the Vert?
