my slave was a bitch would drive fine but eventualy would lose pressure. Luckily i never had to push it just coasted to a parking lot and eventualy it regained pressure enough to drive home.

It was stuck in gear, car started crawling, I hit the key immediately turned it off, had I of stopped it 10 yards sooner I would have been able to get it on the shoulder, but where I ended up there was no shoulder

Definetly do both the master and the slave. When one goes the other is not far behind. Plus, you never have to deal with a situation like that again if you do both. Do the line too. Braided.

if you ever get stuck with and its in the down position, you can get the car home. Try to time your lights out, and if you have to stop, shut the car off, put it in 1st gear, then wait for the light and start it when it turns green.

You can shift without the clutch and not get any grinding if you shift at the right time. I got my 1985 GS home like this when mine went out at 3am and it was about 15 degrees out. I wasnt sitting around waiting for a ride thats for sure, lol.

thats what i was saying. simply hold the shifter towards the gear and apply some pressure, at a certain rpm youll feel the gate open and itll slide into gear with no effort.
