clutch issue??

Default clutch issue??
So I just bled my clutch and got pressure went to go drive it and it went an inch over the ground, still engages an all... I have changed the master Cylinder and slave... any suggestions what else it could be??

If it works fine, but you just don't like where the pedal sits, you can adjust the rod that connects the pedal to the master.

How would I go about doing this?? Im sorta new to rotory... but I know how to take them apart and look pretty.
