Well I found out what the problem was!



There was no thermostat...



Colin gave me another waterpump and i swapped the thermostat from that over to my car and now it takes all of 1-2 minutes to get to operating temperature! So thanks cawlings!

For future reference to other readers - NEVER RUN NO THERMOSTAT ON YOUR STREET CAR, no matter what people tell you.

People are saying "oh dont worry" and "oh it makes no difference" but one very noticeable thing is that without a thermostat on your car you heater doesnt work AT ALL.
